So there's a slight chance this blog post won't have any photos. My phone is having a hissy fit over uploading them to Picasa. I am not in the mood for setbacks.
Edit: There are now photos.
I had a very good workout today, and I feel like I ate a ton of food. I think I did eat a ton of food.
Leftover coconut-flour pancakes and eggs for breakfast. I'm down to 7 eggs, and about a tablespoon of honey. I have some really good knotweed honey in the cupboard but I'm hesitant to use it on leftover pancakes. It's precious.
I remembered to bring home my last can of coconut milk. I've gotta be very careful how I choose to use it. Part of me is dying for those frozen berries in the freezer, topped with coconut milk. However, since I'm almost out of eggs it looks like I may need to use that coconut milk for some protein shakes throughout the week. If only I had one more can. Next week I'm restocking and buying an entire case at Walmart.
Lunch was very fatty and vinegary. Leftover mackerel mixed with confetti salsa and baconnaise, pork rinds with hot sauce. I only nibbled on the pork rinds a bit. I was pretty full by time I got to them.
Dinner was more curry goat with basmati rice. I intended to finish off the rice tonight but it was more than I could (or wanted) to eat in one meal, so I dumped the rest into a dish for tomorrow's lunch. I still have a bit of the curry left, with maybe a few pieces of goat. I'm not really sure what to do with it.
Then silly me, I wanted dessert.
I had one, single, solitary apple left over from my Christmas party a MONTH ago. Amazing to find that it's still good. Well, pretty good. It had started to lose flavor and get kind of soft, but coconut cream (from Tropical Traditions) made it yummy again. Apparently my brain thought my appetite was bigger than it was because half way through I wasn't wanting any more. I finished it anyways and am feeling quite full now. And yet... what I wouldn't give for some Green & Black's chocolate.
It was a productive evening. I bottled a batch of kombucha and started another. I used up all the orange juice I had left over. Luckily by the next bottling I'll be able to buy fruit juice. I also have to pull some meat out of the freezer for dinner tomorrow.
Since it doesn't look like the photos are going to upload at a reasonable time, and I desperately want my bath, I'm going to go ahead and do that now. Photos will appear sometime later tonight or tomorrow.
8 days and counting!

Your Wal*Mart lets you buy coconut milk by the case?! that is amazing! How neat!
You are in the final stretch! I think we are going to make those coconut pancakes this weekend we're having a nerd-fest! :) WOOT~
<3
Yay nerd-fest pancakes! :D Oh they're so good! I love putting Greek yogurt on them... when I have it.
Oh and it's not so much that Walmart "lets" me buy it by the case. I just move the cans in front, and take the box out of the back, and tote it to the counter. Like they're gonna say no? :P
I did, however, have a cashier ask me if I wanted somebody to bring a cart for me to get the 18 cans out to the car. Errm... huh? o.O
Yay for being Primal :D
Hopefully you can find the milk at WalMart. I bought up what they had last time I was there because I was afraid they were switching to another brand. And Golden Star's facebook page mentioned stocking issues at WalMarts.
I bought sardines 'by the case' at WalMart a couple times... now I Have them on Amazon autoship. Mmmmm.
