Winter Stores Day 10

Hmm...

My sleepy brain isn't really wanting to help me with this blog post, but it's my own fault for putting it off until so late. Good thing I'm taking a rest day from the gym tomorrow and doing yoga instead. I get to sleep in a little.

Obligatory run-down of today's eats...

Starting with the usual breakfast. No worries, that's the last of those. On to something new starting tomorrow.

Lunch was pickled egg salad. I tossed in some balsamic onions that I made a while ago, and loads of turmeric, which is why it's so school bus yellow. Not a huge fan of this anymore. In fact come lunch time I was barely hungry at all. I picked at it, eating about half. I ate the other half at my 3:00 break.

The other half of the stuffed acorn squash for dinner. Still only moderately hungry at this time.

And a bit of coconut chai rice pudding for dessert, which truth be told, I barely wanted. The recipe will be posted tomorrow!

It appears my appetite is back to... normal? It's drastically reduced from last week. I'm not sure what to think of that just now. I'm doing my best to follow my instincts when it comes to what and when to eat. Perhaps the fact that I'm eating the same thing day in and day out has reduced my appetite? If that's the case, why didn't I go nuts over the rice pudding?

*shrug*

I have some ideas for tomorrow.

Also, I'm nearly done with the pig parts. I should be able to give a final report tomorrow or the next day. I did end up with quite a big bowl of edible meat, once I picked everything apart.

Waste not, want not.
